Meet the Team

Meet Paul one of our registered managers.
Paul is the registered manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and oversees the Finance department. Paul is a qualified financial adviser with a degree in finance.
He attained a level 5 qualification in health and social care and has been working in the finance and care sectors for over 30 years. With a wealth of experience across a wide range of businesses, Paul brings his extensive knowledge and skills to the company.

Meet Francesca our Human Resources, Recruitment and Training Manager.
Francesca has worked in the care sector for over 8 years. Francesca has a BA Honors Degree in Theology and philosophy from Manchester University. She attained a level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, and has a level 4 qualification in Manual Handling and single handed care.

Meet Rachael our Financial and Quality Assurance Manager. Rachael has worked at Tameside and Oldham Collages managing the support teams for students with learning Difficulties and disabilities.
Rachael has worked in the social care sector for 6 years, she has a first class degree in philosophy from the University College of London.

Meet Darian our Quality Assurance Facilitator. Darian has worked at Tameside College supporting young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. Darian has worked in the Social Care Sector for Direct Care for over 5 years. She has attained NVQ level 3 Diploma in Health and social Care.

Meet David, one of our Care Assessors. David has worked in the care sector for over 10 years in both home care & residential support. Working closely within teams to cover Drugs & Alcohol, Homelessness, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health & Tenancy Support. David has obtained Level 3 – Health and Social Care.

Meet Carly one of our Care Co-cordinators. She has worked in the Care sector for 5 years. Carly started her caring role in the community for Direct Care and is a well experienced member of the team.
Carly is well adapted in care planning and rostering, as well as mentoring and guiding the community care team. Carly is also training to support our registered manager as a SAM (Safeguarding Adult Manager) and has already achieved a level 3 Diploma in health and social care.

Meet Amanda one of our Care Coordinators, Amanda has been in the Care sector for over 5 years starting out in the community, and has achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
