Meet Paul our Registered Manager.
Paul is the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and oversees the Finance department. Paul is a qualified financial adviser with a degree in finance.
He attained a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and has been working in the finance and care sectors for over 30 years. With a wealth of experience across a wide range of businesses, Paul brings his extensive knowledge and skills to the company.
Our Registered Manager is also the Network Manager for Skills for Care
Meet Francesca our Human Resources, Recruitment and Training Manager.
Francesca has worked in the care sector for over 10 years. Francesca has a BA Honors Degree in Theology and Philosophy from Manchester University. She attained a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, and has a Level 4 qualification in Manual Handling and Single Handed care.
Meet Rachael our Financial and Quality Assurance Manager. Rachael has worked at Tameside and Oldham Collages managing the support teams for students with learning difficulties and disabilities.
Rachael has worked in the social care sector for 7 years, she has a First Class Degree in Philosophy from the University College of London.
Rachael has completed specialist training for nutrition, hydration and oral care certification, and is one of Direct Care’s Nutrition, Hydration and Oral care Champions.
Meet Amanda our Quality and Compliance Manager, who has been in the Care sector for over 7 years. She began her career as a care worker in the community, and has achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Amanda is also training to support our registered manager as a SAM (Safeguarding Adult Manager). Amanda trains the staff in Manual handling and has achieved an ROSPA Level 4 in Advanced Manual Handling training for Single Handed Care.
Amanda is currently progressing towards attaining a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Meet Carly, She is our Senior Care Co-cordinator. She has worked in the Care sector for 6 years. Carly began her career as a care worker in the community for Direct Care and is an experienced member of the team.
Carly is well adapted in care planning and rostering, as well as mentoring and guiding the community care team, and has already achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Carly has completed specialist training for nutrition, hydration and oral care certification, and is one of Direct Care’s Nutrition, Hydration and Oral care Champions.
Meet Kim, one of our Care Co-ordinators. She has worked in social care for 3 years. She started her career with us working in the community and has since joined our office team.
Kim has attained a level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Meet Arlene one of our care assessors. Arlene have worked in Health and Social Care for 12 years in various roles including Care Worker, Senior Care Worker, Field Supervisor, Care Co-ordinator and Lead Co-ordinator. She has achieved an NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, an NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading and an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration.
Meet Tracy our Care Assessor. Tracy has worked for the company for 3 years and is very passionate about creating opportunities for our clients. Tracy began her career as a care worker in the community for Direct Care. Tracy supports in new staff training, including End of Life training and holds a Level 4 Award in Advanced Manual Handling Training for Single Handed Care.
Meet Darian one of our Quality Assurance Facilitator. She connects with our clients care staffin the community to ensure a high standard of care is delivered. Darian has worked in the Care sector for over 8 years and has worked at Tameside Collage supporting young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. She has attained an Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social care.
Meet Zoe, one of our Quality Assurance Facilitators. Zoe began her career as a care worker in the community for Direct Care. She connects with our clients to ensure a high standard care is delivered and its consistency is maintained. A recent addition to the team, she is passionate about the clients, their wellbeing and achieving outcomes.
